If you have been granted permission to access a shared mailbox, you can view it through your web browser using Outlook on the web.
First, sign in to your University email account using your Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials:
https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/mail/
Once signed in:
- Select your intials in the top right corner and select 'Open another mailbox...':
- This will present you with a window to type the email address you would like to access:
- Once you have found the mailbox select 'Open', you will then be able to view the emails.
Please note that you can only access shared mailboxes for which you have been explicitly granted permission.
